Continues Medical education

We have worked in the past month with CACCN to implement continues medical education in the field of critical care with focus on rural communities and topics such as paediatric life support, Management of post partum haerrhage , sepsis, infection prevention, trauma care, basic and advanced life support and others.

Fully Accreditted Higher Education

Most healthcare staff in rural communities are not formally trained or trained at very low levels in Cameroon and other African countries. We initiated fully accredited programs starting 2023 in the areas of health and biomedical sciences, agriculture, food and nutritional sciences, environmental sciences.

Research

We are mostly focused on implementational research projects and currently have research projects seeking support in the following areas; Vaccination coverage and its determinants in rural Cameroon, Post partum haemorrhage, Malnutrition and its determinants in rural Cameroon, Sepsis burden and its future in rural Cameroon, Trauma registry and maagement in Cameroon.

Medical Education Hub Get in Touch

Community health worker (CHW) academy:

Our CHWs are trained through a standardized, competency-based curriculum. They learn basic first aid, vital signs measurement, malaria rapid testing, family planning counseling, and referral protocols. Upon completion, they receive certification and a small stipend.
